Zone 7 (Chidikho) is a gypsy-only buffer zone with mixed dry deciduous and scrub forest — excellent for birding and peaceful drives.

Terrain and wildlife

Transition habitat between core forest and open scrub. Tiger sightings are less predictable but rewarding. Strong populations of peafowl, parakeets, drongos, and raptors. Mixed terrain offers varied photography backdrops.
